Between the metropolis and the sea. Overlooked by road bridge. A non-existent, degraded building fabric,
made with recycled materials and of very poor quality. Population of fishermen completely detached from
the customs of the metropolis.
At the base of the project is the will to make Koliwada more integrated with its surroundings, respecting
the
spirit of the place. This is also why the diagonals that follow the rhythm of the road. Creating a real urban
fabric, with many public and private green areas, where water remains the most important element. The
houses are inspired by the stilt houses of fishermen.
